Jourdanton High School Graduation Announcement
Friday, May 29 Indian Stadium 7:00 P.M.
Following the guidelines released by Governor Abbott, our Texas Education Agency Commissioner, and in cooperation with the local authorities, we are excited for the ability to conduct an in-person Jourdanton High School Graduation Ceremony with modifications on Friday, May 29th at Indian Stadium.
In order to be able to host our graduation ceremony we must strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by our governor and TEA. Significant changes to the format of the ceremony are required by the TEA guidelines, such as limiting the number of family members to 4 per each graduate. At-Risk populations are strongly discouraged from attending in person. In response, JISD will attempt to live stream the ceremony. More details on other social distancing and safety protocols will be released in the coming days.
We will share many more details soon and look forward to being able to celebrate the Class of 2020 at Indian Stadium on May 29th.
