I've worked at Jourdanton since I began teaching. In the early eighties we established Company J, the Jourdanton High School theatre troupe. We've worked very hard to become a very successful One-Act play contender and to present plays that will make Jourdanton High School noted for excellence in theatre. We've established dual credit courses in English and other courses as well so that our students will have a head start on their college curriculum. The English department and the Theatre departments will continue to strive for excellence.
