My name is Lindy Wheeler and I am married to Joe Wheeler from Poteet. I have two sons and one daughter and three grandchildren, plus an extended family.
I have taught school 17 years, one year in Hondo, one year in Castroville, eleven years in Sabinal and now my fourth year in Jourdanton.
I graduated from Travis High School in Austin in 1967 and graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) in 1971 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
I enjoy painting and decorating and teaching. A favorite quote of mine is "the smallest deed done is better than the grandest intention."
