The Bigfoot Alternative Center is a Co-op composed of seven school districts in the area including: Dilley, Devine, Natalia, Lytle, Medina Valley, Charlotte, and Jourdanton (Fiscal Agent). The school is located in Bigfoot, Texas at the corner of FM 472 and FM 462. The school has been in existence since 1995.
The Bigfoot Alternative Center is committed to providing an educational setting for secondary level students, grades 6-12, in which quality instruction will instill student success in academics, attendance, and above all, behavior. The school will prepare students to return to their home school districts as more productive and responsible young adults. This is accomplished in a positive, structured environment through effective instructional programs designed to meet each student's needs and abilities.
