ATTENTION PARENTS OF JISD STUDENTS
You are invited to attend a Parent Program where you can preview the Aim For Success program your child will see at school. The program will give creative ideas to encourage your child to save sex for marriage.
WHAT IS AIM FOR SUCCESS: Aim for Success is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization based in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 1993 by Marilyn Morris, Aim for Success is the largest provider of abstinence education programs in the nation. These programs have reached over 1.5 million teens, parents and educators in schools, churches, and youth organizations across the country. With the help of four full-time speakers and five part-time speakers, over 2,000 abstinence programs are delivered each year.
The following are the times and dates for all assemblies held at the Jourdanton High School Cafeteria:
Parent Program: Monday, December 8th, from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Teacher Program: Monday, December 8th, from 4:00 to 5:30 P.M. (Note: All Teachers are required to attend and all support staff may attend as well.)
Student Programs:
Tuesday, December 9th
10th,
11th and 12th graders - 8:30 A.M.
7th,
8th and 9th graders - 9:50 A.M.
5th
and 6th graders - 1:30 P.M.
